How to do the dumbbell hammer curl
The dumbbell hammer curl trains your biceps, with help from your forearms. Here is how to do it with good form.

Step by step
- Grab a pair of dumbbells and stand tall.
- Position your arms to your sides with your wrists neutral (palms facing your body).
- Bring your shoulders back and take a breath.
- Curl both dumbbells simultaneously, lifting them until your wrists are slightly higher than your elbows. Exhale.
- Extend your arms fully as you breathe in.
