How to do the triceps pushdown
The triceps pushdown trains your triceps. Here is how to do it with good form.

Step by step
- Pick the appropriate load, set the pulley in the highest position, and attach a bar.
- Grab the bar with an even overhand grip and bring your elbows to your sides.
- Take a couple of steps back and lean your torso slightly forward.
- Engage your abs, retract your shoulder blades, and take a breath.
- Extend your arms while keeping your elbows to your sides and hold for a moment. Exhale.
- Slowly bend your arms until your wrists are slightly higher than your elbows. Breathe in as your arms bend.
