How to do the oblique crunch
The oblique crunch trains your abdominals. Here is how to do it with good form.

Step by step
- Lie on your right side, bend your knees, and stack your legs.
- Place your left hand behind your head.
- Take a breath and engage your top obliques to crunch your torso, lifting your right shoulder off the floor. Breathe out.
- Lower your shoulder to the floor as you breathe in.
- Repeat.
- Once finished, lie on your left side and repeat for the same number of reps.

| Conditioning | 2–4 rounds of 30–45 s work, 15–30 s rest |
Pick the row that matches your goal. Add weight or reps once every set feels controlled, and log each set so you can see the trend.
