How to do the dumbbell side bend
The dumbbell side bend trains your abdominals. Here is how to do it with good form.

Step by step
- Grab a dumbbell with your right hand and stand tall with your arm to your side. Place your left hand behind your head.
- Engage your abs and bring your shoulders back.
- Take a breath and crunch your torso to the left. Exhale.
- Extend your torso and breathe in.
- Crunch again.
- Once finished, grab the dumbbell with the opposite hand and do the same number of reps.
