How to do the high knees
The high knees trains your full body. Here is how to do it with good form.

Step by step
- Stand tall with your shoulders back, abs engaged, and gaze forward.
- Take a breath and raise your right knee to your chest while simultaneously bringing your right arm behind your body.
- Lower your knee and immediately lift the opposite one, bringing your left arm behind your body.
- Raise your knees to your chest alternatingly, maintaining a steady tempo as you do.
