How to do the machine glute kickback
The machine glute kickback trains your glutes, with help from your hamstrings. Here is how to do it with good form.

Step by step
- Select the appropriate load.
- Position your right side to the machine and grab the horizontal support bar.
- Place the back of your right thigh against the pad, just above the crease of the knee.
- Bring your shoulders back, engage your abs, and extend your leg back in one fluid motion as you exhale.
- Slowly bring your leg to the starting position as you breathe in.
- Once finished, rotate your body 180 degrees, and do the same number of reps for your left leg.
