How to do the dumbbell chest supported reverse fly
The dumbbell chest supported reverse fly trains your shoulders, with help from your upper back. Here is how to do it with good form.

Step by step
- Grab a pair of light dumbbells and position yourself face down on an incline gym bench.
- Keep your body straight and support yourself on the balls of your feet.
- Your arms should be straight and vertical, with your palms facing one another.
- Bring your shoulders back and take a breath.
- Lift the dumbbells to your sides and back, stopping when you feel tension in the posterior of your shoulders. Exhale.
- Hold for a moment and bring your arms down slowly as you breathe in.
